Yes. Each sachet can be steeped more than once. Remove it after the first steep and save it for a second brew within the same day.
Yes. Use 1 sachet per 500ml of lukewarm water — 2 sachets for a full 1L pitcher. Refrigerate overnight, at least 6–8 hours. No hot water needed. Add an extra sachet or two for a stronger brew.
