Yes. Customers who qualify for redemption or are close to the redemption threshold will receive email communication with redemption instructions and a personalized coupon code.

Rewards can be redeemed until August 31st, 2026.

No. Beginning on May 20th, 2026, points accumulation and new loyalty registrations will be paused.

Eligible customers will receive a coupon code by email that can be applied during checkout.

Unused points and reward codes will expire after August 31st, 2026.
