When can I expect to receive my Chimney & Tea package?

Products are shipped between 1-3 business days after purchase. If you do not receive your product within 20 days of your order please contact us at info@chimneytea.com

Where does Chimney & Tea ship?

Chimney & Tea currently ships to all regions within Canada (excluding PO Boxes).

Free Shipping

Your order will be eligible for free shipping when your order is over CAD$90+ (after promotions applied). During special promotion periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas, shipping costs are subject to change. 

Are taxes included in my order total?

Trick question! Tea products are not taxable within Canada so all our tea products do not charge taxes. However, we charge our tea accessories according to each provincial tax rate. 

I'm having troubles with the tracking.

Ugh, technology... am I right!? Sorry about that! If your are having trouble tracking your package, please reach out to us at info@chinmneytea.com. We can help you from our end. 

How can I edit my info, order and my shipping address?

If you want to change any info after placing your order, contact info@chinmneytea.com and let us help you! 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives with visible damage (e.g., dented tins or deflated tea packs), we’ll gladly offer an exchange. We are unable to process returns for reasons other than product damage. If you have any concerns or issues about the products you receive, please reach out to us within 30 days at info@chimneytea.com
